Our Commitment to Leadership
Rainbow Station's curriculum empowers our children to discover the Leader Within. Using the 7 Habits of Happy Kids, inspired by Stephen Covey's work described in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, our students are encouraged to identify their natural leadership talents and abilities through goal setting, learning to work collaboratively with peers, and using language that supports synergizing and teamwork.
Learn early. Live well. Lead.
Rainbow Station’s commitment to the Leader in Me program allows us to deliver on our brand promise—a promise that our children will “Learn early. Live well. Lead.” Through this program, children develop 21st century skills such as compassion, responsibility, and teamwork. Our wish is that these skills will impact your child’s life in and out of school, and long after he or she has completed an academic career. It’s a commitment to transforming children’s lives, not just their academic development.
Not only are we focusing on getting children to school ready to learn, we are getting children ready for life in the 21st Century.
