Earl Johnson, PE, CFEVice President Rainbow Station, Inc. and PRISM, LLC, Richmond, VirginiaMr. Johnson is in charge of the sales and real estate disciplines for Rainbow Station, an early childhood preschool, afterschool, and sick childcare facility. He has also designed and constructed commercial, industrial, and institutional projects since 1975. Prior to that, he worked in the private sector in electrical design, both in the telecommunications industry and the shipbuilding industry. He has been responsible for all disciplines for projects such as branch banks, multi-family housing, schools, office buildings, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, etc. He was licensed as a general contractor in 1987 to form Genesis Corporation, a design-build firm. Most of his work today is in the dual role of sales and construction for the unique preschool / afterschool recreation concept of Rainbow Station. |

Susan BishopVice President, Rainbow StationSusan serves in the dual role of Vice President, Rainbow Station and Vice President, Prism, Inc., Rainbow Station's franchising company. She started her career as a college counselor and administrator before shifting gears and pursing a career in early childhood education. Susan was a an early childhood administrator for a Christian nonprofit preschool and a chainbased center prior to joining Rainbow Station in 1993, where she served for 12 years as a Director of one of the school's campuses. She has a BA in Psychology and a Master of Education degree. |

Laurie E. AcreeVice President, Rainbow StationLaurie has been an advocate for quality school age programs for over twenty years. She joined Rainbow Station as an Assistant Teacher in 1992 after graduating from Brigham Young University with a BS in psychology. Since then, Laurie has been promoted numerous times and currently serves as Vice President of Village Operations—Rainbow Station and Vice President of Prism, Inc., the franchising corporation of Rainbow Station, where she oversees operations of all Village programs nationwide. Laurie is partnering with the Virginia Department of Education for the 21st Century Afterschool programs and Initiatives where she serves as a grant editor and committee member for grant awards. |
