Learning by Doing
In Rainbow Station's Private Kindergarten, our highly trained, thoughtful, and insightful teachers create a positive, inviting, and fun classroom environment where your child will learn, grow, and thrive. Our curriculum is based on the fact that children learn best by doing. Your child will explore all subjects — including language arts and math — with hands-on activities focused on specific, age-appropriate learning goals. Plus, we promote intellectual curiosity, inspire a love of learning, and teach your child respect for people and property. Our Kindergarten teachers focus care and attention on your whole child-heart, mind, and body-to help your child reach his or her full potential and prepare your child for success in 1st grade, and beyond.
Rainbow Station's Private Kindergarten offers your child:
- A full-day kindergarten experience
- Developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Small class sizes, limited to 10 students per teacher, to promote higher rates of achievement
- State-certified teachers
- Standards of learning which meet or exceed those set by local states or jurisdictions
- The opportunity to develop 21st century leadership skills, including teamwork, setting priorities, and compassion
- Computers in the classroom

- Nine-week grading periods
